Brick & Mortar Policy
New and unworn/unused items purchased at the Shop Moniker Brick & Mortar location are eligible for exchange or store credit only. All items must be noticeably unused and all original tags must be attached. The Shop Moniker team must be notified within 7 days of the purchase. We reserve the right to refuse any exchange or store credit for any reason.
Online Domestic Policy
We get it. Buying things online can be tough. New and unworn/unused items purchased online domestically are eligible for a full refund, exchange or store credit. The Shop Moniker team must be notified within 30 days of the delivery in order to receive a return authorization number and all original tags must be attached. We will then authorize the return and send you a shipping label. We're unable to take responsibility for items returned to us without us being notified first and/or items that are returned with a shipping alternative where you can not trace the package.
Online International Policy
New and unworn/unused items purchased online internationally are eligible for exchange only. The Shop Moniker team must be notified within 30 days of delivery in order to receive a return authorization number and all original tags must be attached. All shipping costs are paid by the customer, unless, the item has been damaged before or during delivery or there has been some other mistake by our account. International customers are responsible for the full shipping costs of exchanged goods and a shipping invoice issued by Shop Moniker for freight from the store back to the customer must be paid prior to sending a package back for an exchange. We're unable to take responsibility for items returned without being notified first and/or items that are returned with a shipping alternative where you can not trace the package.

All custom ordered and pre-ordered pieces are final sale.
